Oasis problem?

erm..runnin for the 5 star Story mode
sometime i hv a problem at the end of the "Oasis"
the portal doesn't appear. i wait wait wait sometime for a minute or two still none
luckily not used any booster's
for heaven's sake nearby there's no monsters/mobs to kill
i have to just abandon i'm afraid
wat went wrong? is there anythin that i haven't done yet? it's not a quest or somethin. Just tryin to accumulate gems etc
any ideas??

I also encountered that. When you choose to abandon, your previous run doesn't count on the stars if the toon hasn't finished it yet for less than 5 times.

Stop in red square and kill all mobs next to the spirit of the dunes and that end level bug won't happen anymore .... only workaround i found from the tons of runs I did

This happens to me on this and other maps when I run “too” quickly. I suspect there’s logic involving living aggroed mobs that you’ve run past that can’t get to you for whatever reason, or that your companions have somehow kept engaged.

in all but the fewest instances I’ve been able to run back through the map and kill everything in every corner and then it sorts itself out. Your mileage may differ.

LOL, last night i stuck in this oasis using my BH gems farmer 2 times
never had this problem before i saw this post

BH's encountering this can cast Smokescreen to allow finishing

Even though you go back to the start to kill all mobs (if you skip or intentionally miss some), there's no fix to this. Just abandon to save time.

i find that "Bouba" solution works!!!
killin all mobs around "the Spirit of Dunes"
but we have to remember the Spirit
if forgot and suddenly at the end. If we are unlucky It is either go back to it and do the killin or abandon i'm afraid.
