Settings not persisting

On the Windows 10 version I have to enable gestures every time I start the program, haven't tested other settings for fear of having to change them every log in as well.

This will be fixed in the next update, along with other unintentional changes to the Windows controls.

This problem is more important than it may seem, using gestures on the PC is good when the player wants to play with only one hand on the mouse
