Marmalade code bug on ARENA ?

I can't get no printscreen but it sucks i always lose rating.. everytime arghhhh how to fix/avoid? Thank you in Advanced Fellow Champions. ✌️

Its a known bug. The only consolation is that it happens to everyone who plays in the Arena. A lot of players bypass the Arena, the rest just live with it. If you are fighting a tougher opponent, you don't fall as far down the board, though in my case it usually happens when I am facing a low level opponent.

Yes, we all hate it. I also hate traffic, but I still drive to work.
