New startup screen music.

I usually play mobile games with the sound turned off as to not bother people around me. In the settings you can turn all the sound off while playing but with the most recent game update the start screen now has rather annoying and loud music playing that doesn't turn off via the in game settings. Do you think you can link it to the in game music volume please.
