Currents of the Ether dialog issues

If you look at the back ground around the dialog box you will see it changing. Ever so slightly.

Current situation (bug):
While Gem grinding I encountered a bug with the The Broken Dragon, Free Dragon. His dialog box will pop up when you tap any enemy during the level until just prior to the level boss.


Expected situation (working):
Only see the dialog box if you tap the dragon at the start of the level.


Steps reproduce the bug:
1.Enter level
2.Don’t talk to the dragon
3. Run past first group
4.Tap enemy
