Fusion Ring and Necklace quest just dissappear with the bounty hunter (got it with Mage and Warrior).
Basically instead of getting the first popup window where the Jeweller give the option to craft or talk, the game just jump straight (locked) into the the Craft/Fusion window. This later happened to my Mage and Warrior gameplay as well.
