Crashes involving the companions menu on PC

1st crash:
1. Open inventory
2. go to companions tab
3. right click on a companion that is already in the party, or is below in the inventory
4 crash!

2nd crash:
1. open inventory
2. go to companions tab
3. equip or unequip a companion
4. press escape(nothing happens, I expect it to close the window?)
5. click the X button in the top right corner of the window to close it and continue playing.
6. crash! (infact, the crash might be happening after step 4)

Game version: 1.5.95
Windows/IOS/Android + version: windows Steam PC
Map or Trial (EX: Trial Level 92): anywhere in the world
Player Type (EX: Mage): tested Mage, most certainly happens with all characters
Player Gear:

Reproducible: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

1. Open inventory
2. Start dragging any item from your storage/inventory/character or any companion.
3. While dragging, press the inventory hotkey.
4. crash! 5/5
