Reproducible: 4/5 (I can always do it if I want to, it just takes a bit of trying)
1) Open a town portal.
2) Wait for the cooldown to finish.
3) Start opening a new portal
4) move the mouse cursor around/inside the old portal while the new one is being created
5) crash?
This happens somewhat randomly, but after 2-20 portals it happens for me. You always need at least 2 portals that somehow interact with each other and the game breaks.
Moving the cursor in thei middle of the old portal while the new one is being created seems to be how the crash usually happens.
I've had it happen on Magroth(severed Mountain), on a trial after killing Kara, and then multiple times on the 1st and 2nd map while randomly spamming portals and moving my character slightly(I even caught it on video, Tinman knows.)
