The missing Dungeon Keys

When I went to the 1-6 Misty Island in story mode, a popup appeared and said “You have no more Dungeon Keys in your inventory, but you do have 3 in your in-game inbox”. But actually, there wasn’t any keys in my inbox. So I didn’t get Dungeon Keys for 3 days. Where are the Dungeon Keys?

This is a bug. Go to the rewards tab of your inbox and clear the old messages for keys you've collected.
