Problem using abilities while moving

Game version: 1.19.55
Windows/IOS/Android + version: Windows 11
Map or Trial (EX: Trial Level 92): Anywhere in combat
Player Type (EX: Mage): Warrior
Player Gear: Full defenders set, Whirlwind Axe and Liberator shield
Abilities: Charge, Whirlwind, Shield Block
Reproducible: 5/5 Always

Current situation (bug):
When holding left click to move, many of the warrior abilities do not activate when the corresponding keyboard key is pressed. I toggled the setting 'Abilities Queue', but no change. I tested this with all Warrior abilities and here are the results:

Shield Block: Works
Charge: No
Whirlwind: No
Battle Rage: Works
Deadly Throw: No
Devastate: No
Lightning Reflexes: Works
Shockwave: No
Leap: No

Expected situation (working):
All abilities should work while moving (and holding the click button).

Steps reproduce the bug:
1. Hold down the move button (left click)
2. Press the above listed ability(s) via keyboard

This problem is particularly annoying when doing speed trials--Often times my whirlwind cooldown is ready but the ability wont activate when the button is pressed.

Hey just following up since I haven't seen any replies. I noticed that this problem is happening on other classes too. Not all abilities can be cast while holding down the move button (left mouse click in my case).
