where or how do I find the transmogg skinn of the ELR Set Head ???

I tried to transmogg the Head of the ELR Mage-Set.
But it is written it will be found by playing.
I have all the stations compleeted. In normal and in heroic. And I completet all the tests from 1-40. But still no skin.

Can someone tell me how and where I can find the learnable skin of the ELR Mage-Set Head???

That was from Season #2 I think, or #3 - as part of the season's level reward. No idea if there's a way to get it now... they may let you buy it with cosmetic points in the future...
