I pay on a Amazon 5th Gen and level 55 always crashes and I can't play so if this could be fixed that would be amazing.

You are seeing crashes because your device does not have sufficient RAM to run the app smoothly. Try opening your app manager or task switcher and closing any unneeded apps or processes that may be running in the background before playing. If that doesn't work, you'll have to try playing on a device with more than 1GB RAM.
