If you keep crafting lvl14 helmet or the like and then savage it, then you can increase your lvl. It takes quite a while to get lvl 50, so you may watch some shows while doing that. Or you can just play the game and craft a lot of stuff as you need them, and eventually you will get to lvl 50.

Have you max your craft lvl to 50? You need that to craft 77

I got quite a few 77 drops when farming xp above trial level 105. The main source of 77 is from crafting in ANB. You also want to cele your 77 to max its attributes.

Two ways.

1) Craft them. At Level 70 you have a chance for the item to be Level 71 to 77. Crafting is a complicated thing though and others can explain it better than me. Key though is to max your crafting level to 50

2) Random drops when running story levels or trials. Higher level trials give more legendaries compared to lower level trials
