Does using the TAS eliminate the caps on spiritstones? I notice that many in this ANB are using FL / TAS builds with like 7 brilliant Mitanium spirit stones. I thought they were capped at 90/90 which would only make 3 brillaints.

Based on what I've seen posted in discord, yes - when the proc is active, the "max of 3 brilliants" is bypassed, and all equipped Spiritstones are boosted

There are still caps, although not in rotation at this time, manastim was still capped at three equivalent. There may be others but we will not know until they start dropping and can be tested,
