I have the same problem for few hours. When i playing eternium on PC my game automatically closes and goes back to desktop after 30-40 seconds. There is no error messages or something.
I tried reinstall game, reset game(windows app settings), virus scan, checkin drivers update and still i cant play eternium on PC. Did someone fix this problem ?

I'm experiencing this exact same thing, and I'm also running Windows 10. It started happening a couple of hours ago. However, I noticed the game runs fine in offline mode.

I hope this gets fixed before the next ANB event.

Having the exact same issue now. Lost a dungeon key because of it. Log in, start to play, immediately crashes to desktop after thirty seconds. Nothing changed as far as I know since a few hours ago, and now I've crashed at least five times in a row.

Edit: Tried the above suggestion to reset. Still crashed within 30 seconds. No idea what's happening. Wait. There was a Windows 10 update last night. Wonder if that's the problem.

The game does seem to run fine on my phone. It must be the Windows 10 update. But I played earlier today with the update and no issues. Now it's impossible to play the game on PC.

Running on Windows 10 here. Same issue as everyone else... Game crashes within 20 seconds. Reset, then did a game reload. Still crashes.

This is getting beyond annoying now, every 30 seconds the game crashes. Event viewer is showing the problem (see below).

Same problem with my PC. It seems to be working fine until it tries to connect to the system to update progress; for me it was trying to move the daily award gemstones into the stash (crashed 4 times in a row at same point). I didn't run a timer but it takes about the same time to open the daily award gemstones then open stash and try to move gems into stash...

p.s. - this is after resetting the app as Travis suggested.

Same error for me. Crashes inside of 30 seconds. The window just disappears. It auto closes, never seen this before. Windows 10, yada yada. The interesting thing is that I have made no changes to the system in over a month.

Add me to the list. Started up Eternium on my win 10 laptop which played perfectly fine 4 days ago and now just crashes to desktop! There was a windows update today but uninstalled it to no effect. Game is essentially unplayable. Will try the app reset.
