Not recognizing Paypal credit

I wanted to buy gems for 3.90 CHF and have 5 euro on my Paypal Account. Wegen i register my Paypal i get a popup telling me there is no credit in my account and that i need to register a credit card.

Yas...i thought paypal would automatically trade euros for CHF. Since i have only euros but the ingame shop has prices in CHF this may be the issue...is there any way to change it over to euros?
