Didn't recieve quest reward

I completed the kingmaker quest and was supposed to receive a voidstorm repeater, but I accidentally initiated conversation with Alarion with a full inventory and didn't receive it. Is there any way I could still get it? It's an improvement over one of my current guns. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I don't have a way to manually issue the quest reward. The good news is, I see that you already have better guns equipped anyway.

Typically what will happen in these circumstances is that Alarion (or other NPC's who issue material quest rewards) will just hold on to the quest reward. If you clear out space in your inventory and revisit him, he should issue it to you.

However - I have no idea what would happen if you left hometown (or exited the game) afterwards (it very well be gone forever!)
