Failed to Receive 1st purchase of Legendary Set Pack from store due to App Crash

I was purchasing the Eternum 10 pack as it says in the receipts, The one with 2 Select your Own Legy lvl 70 items, The first time I purchased it the app crashed while receiving the items. When it reloaded I didn't have the items I paid for in my backpack, I bought another pack to see if it would give me back both, but I only received one set of which I used to make a set of legendary pistols.

I'm sorry you had trouble with your purchase. Looking at your game data, I see that the order was delivered, but because there was a connection issue, the order needs to be manually collected. You can collect your goods by going to the game settings and opening the Vault. Once there, tap on the order that needs to be collected, then tap the "retry" or "open" button.
