Problems with Steam on Windows lately

Hello Everyone,

Lately I am experiencing start up problems with Eternium on Steam Windows edition.
In the past 2 weeks the problems varied from being stuck on the 1/12 of the progress bar sitting on the opening screen forever to sitting on the 'syncing profile'.

Sometimes it can be fixed by killing the Eternium and Steam processes in Task Manager and restarting Steam/Eternium.

Eternium 1.5.84
Steam Build: May 27 2022
Windows:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
OS Version: 10.0.19044 N/A Build 19044
System Model: XPS 8700
System Type: x64-based PC

Have you first tried the SOLUTION in Travis' sticky BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING, starting with the sequence under the first mention of Steam?
