Anb error

After the last a New beginning event ended i did not get the exp or items from the event and also did not receive any dungeon keys since then almost 2 weeks i think
New anb started created a New character to play it and still not getting the keys

I am sure that i used end evet button and i know about the mail differencies i have experienced that before a few months ago
I Thought and tried those alternatives when i had no solution decided to open a ticket

Have been playing for months and joined anb events many times i know the progressions

I pinged an engineer about this the other day (when you posted), but he is travelling, so his availability is intermittent. As soon as I hear back, I'll let you know.
