Problem purchasing 100 gems for 30 days

I am not able to purchase 100gems for 30 day after I requested a refund for the current season pass when I noticed that there was only 19 days left in the season. Refund was denied. I guess a typo was made in the length of the season but has since been corrected. As it has been corrected, refund for pass is not required. Thanks

Did you try the restore option? That is the first thing that Travis is going to suggest you do.

Also, rather than publicly giving out your E-mail address, you can just give the public ID for each account.
