You are very mistaken.

The Daily Quest remnants only go away when you claim the rewards with the same hero that completed the Daily Quest. You have at least three days worth of Daily Quests there. Travis can easily enough verify whether or not you received your gems from the Daily Quests if you claim that you have not received them.

The hazard of completing Daily Quests with one hero but collecting the rewards with another hero is that the Daily Quests remnants get orphaned and you can not get rid of them unless you delete a hero with them in inventory or wait until the same Daily Quests come around and complete and claim those quests with the hero that has the remnants.

I finished the 5 daily quests as I always do with a non ANB character, then went to the ANB character to collect the rewards. It acted as if I did collect them.
Proof of not collecting them with non ANB character is that all items collected for each individual quest would disappear. One of the quests was to collect 30 pages. I have 62 (col 2 row 7)
