Gem decrease after moving ANB character to main account

Yesterday is end of ANB event. It's my second ANB and it's was great so I want to say thanks to all of you who develope this game.
I plan to keep my character after event, so I keep a slot open, then end event.
The issue is, before this I remember I have over 1k gem, but after end event and login to the new character, I found that my gem down to nearly 400.
Is it a normal behaviour that gem will be decrease after keeping ANB hero?
Or if not, can some body tell me where's my gem spend to?

It looks like you used some Gems while offline, which means I can't tell what you spent them on. I can see that you had 1,457 Gems when you logged in on the 13th and 390 Gems when you logged in on the 14th. I can also see that you have received a total of 5,900 Gems and spent a total of 5,089, leaving you with the 811 Gems you currently have.

So, even though I can't tell you what you used your Gems for offline, I can tell you that all of your Gems are accounted for.
