    Problems with purchases are not common, so it's odd that it's happened to you twice (especially in the same week). Please email the receipt for this purchase and I will help you there.

    Well dang. I tried purchasing the level 20 exp set and same thing happened. Now I have 2 items bought and paid for with no items. I have confirmed receipt. Can someone please take care of this? As you realize, the events are time sensitive. Would appreciate someone handing it.

    I have a similar issue. A bit more details: The purchase was initiated on PC version of Eternium (Windows 10 version). As it usually happened before, a Windows Store pop-up window appeared asking me to enter my password to confirm the payment. This pop-up window then hanged and I had to force close it. The game said that the purchase has been cancelled. However, I have got the email from Microsoft that the respective order has been processed. Moreover, my card has been charged for the respective sum. I tried several times to restore the purchase, but the same WS pop-up window appeared asking for my password, after entering which I always saw the message "Looks like you already own this. Go to My games and apps, or My library on your home device, to download it. If you’re gaming from the cloud, it should be ready to go." I decided to check Eternium on my Android device. Then I noticed the following discrepancy: the price for the pack I am trying to buy is larger on Android than on PC (I guess, it is due to the conversion to the local currency). Probably, the reason for not delivering my purchase is that the amount charged from my card is smaller than required. Now I am in a kind of stalemate: I can neither cancel my purchase, nor use it. Is there any solution? Thanks.

    Purchase not received

    Made purchase but did not receive it. I did the restore under options and did not get it still. Also closed game and reentered it. Still nothing. Checked my source of payment which confirmed payment but still it did not arrive. I have receipt as proof. Thanks.
