    No sound effects just music

I just installed on a Motorola Edge 2022 and there is just music but no sound effects or voices in game. I could hear voice on the cinematic though. I have forced stop, restarted phone, and reinstalled. I also installed on a separate Motorola Edge 2022 and it does the same, no effects just music.

I haven't heard of this issue on Motorola devices, but if it's doing it on 2 separate Edge 2022's, then it's probably something to do with the chipset. This is also an issue with RealMe devices. It used to be an issue for Vivo devices, but an Eternium player actually contacted the manufacturer and they managed to get it fixed.

Oh well, I guess for now I'll try installing on my old phone as it looks like a fun game. I'll also send out a message to Motorola, I guess it couldn't hurt, and maybe they'll actually do something. Thanks for the help

Hey Travis... This same issue just started happening to me as well. Music plays, but no other sound effects. I'm playing on an Amazon Fire. The sound effects worked fine before, up until about 2 weeks ago I think.

It looks like your sound FX volume is turned down in the game settings.

        Travis...
"It looks like your sound FX volume is turned down in the game settings"

Nope. My music is turned down all the way but my sound fx is turned to 100% because i was trying to hear if any sounds were coming through.
But i did have some sounds yesterday after i reloaded the game, but then they stopped again. So it seems to be an intermittent problem. But i assure you, my FX volume is all the way up and always has been.

This is indicative of a hardware problem, which is common on older devices, especially low-end ones. It might just be that the game engine (Marmalade) doesn't play nice with your chipset. Any chance you have anything bluetoothed, like headphones? If so, try turning bluetooth off to see if it helps.
      Working...
