My game was reset, lost my characters

I tried to login just now and my Account is gone. My level 59 mage is gone. The game is only allowing me to play a new character

Are you sure you're logged into the correct profile? I see a level 59 Mage named Innoruck linked to the email you used for the forum (jam***.****ber@gmail.com).
