Coming back from not playing in ages, primarily on iOS mobile. I tried to log into my profile via my phone and it just sits on syncing forever (literally left it sitting for more than an hour). When trying to log in via PC, it says syncing profile and then crashes straight to desktop with no error etc no matter how many times I try. I have quite a bit of built up progress, many seasons of rewards and celestial stuff that I'd rather not lose. Any help?
