    Merciful fate and some trinkets

Merciful fate eats AP if hero takes damage of any effects in his turn..
It works with any poison charms of assassin, witch's sorrow, berserker's burning will and other..
Almost it works with Armageddon Blade..
But Blood Bargain and Poison Bottle only takes damage to hero or opponent.. AP saved :-/

Merciful Fate is behaving exactly according to it's description. Damage over time effects make you lose AP, Blood Bargain and Poison Bottle aren't dealing damage over time. It is working as described and as intended.

But description of all that trinkets have "takes damage..." Over time or not - is not different.. i think damage on your turn it's damage of you turn and there's trinkets must work

No, those trinkets that work with Merciful Fate clearly state how many turns they work for. Turns are the measurements of time, thus those trinkets are very clearly the ones that are dealing "damage over time". This is very obviously not a bug.

Is this the first game you have ever played? I have never met someone who didn't know what a DoT was. You should have posted this in suggestions, not bugs.

Poison bottle does damage based on actions. You'll notice it does not interact with any DOT items.
