So anymore tests before release, or is this it?

And resetting perks is going to hurt. Grinding another 200+ wins to max cruelty again, *groan*.

Also, have you accounted for people who reset themselves with the release (drop yourself below 1000 just before the reset and make more 'ranks' available)? In other words, wouldn't it be better to make it based on highest rank achieved, not current rating?

If you exclude last 2 weeks this is still a buff, 1.3.0 was the test.

My Assasin loves the Corrosive Potion bump, but Ambush and Backstab sure hurt.
