ANB Champion Levels?

Been playing for a couple months, and have participated in a few ANB events. I was under the assumption that champion levels start fresh once your hero hits level 70 in ANB.
Is this an absolutely incredible level, or an absolutely impossible level to achieve in this short amount of time since the start of the ANB 3 days ago.

You are correct, the Champion Level start fresh for the first hero you create in the event. (You can create more than one, but only in succession, one at a time. The CL will be kept along.)

But reaching that Champion Level in an ANB is far from impossible.
