Bug Fixes:

• “Complete Trial <n>” bounties are now cleared when you complete a higher Trial than the requirement

• Corrected a typo in the Gemstone+ Selection
• Improved status effect icons on narrow displays

Balance Changes: These changes will not take effect until next Season

• Reverted a change to the Everbound Trinket to now also include bonus effect for weapon sets

The 10th Anniversary stuff starts as soon as we send the first email containing rewards...which should be when we send the email for ANB Gold, so make sure you're signed up to receive promotional emails at myaccount.makingfun.com!

None of the options are labeled as "promotional emails". Do we have to sign up for all the E-mails or is there just one that is required?

Guessing that only one of the options under Eternium or Making Fun matters for the celebration.

I don’t know if this is just me but I clicked on the link in the 10th anniversary announcement to get newsletters and attempted to log into my account but couldn’t. So thinking this was a new account required thing I tried setting up a new account but got an email in use error. I noticed that the password requirement now needed a symbol that wasn’t required to log in on the forums so I did the forgot password thing and changed my password with the added symbol requirement. I could then log on to the newsletter options page where you could check box what you do or do not want emailed to you. I had been receiving newsletters all along so is it just weird computer glitches or is it the password symbol requirement? The issue seems to be over with, just curious

edit: There’s a chance I did forget my password, I suppose. I just used my forum login password. If there ever was another password, it’s been years since I had cause to use it and never wrote it down on my list. Oops!

Your forum account and your Eternium account are separate accounts.

Edit: This finally worked after about 8 tries. I'm not sure what happened because I entered the exact same credentials every time. Once you're in, you have to re-enter your credentials in the link provided in the email they send you, only then can you claim via in game mail... geeeez!!

This doesn't work for me either. Stuck on authentication forever, then getting an authentication failed error. Tried several times with the same result. I logged in yesterday and everything was fine.

Are you sure? This fix was verified in our testing before release. Keep in mind that you have to BEAT a higher Trial than the bounty requires, not just unlock it.

Same thing for me. Did trial 75 and the "Complete trial 20-40 and 60" are not completed.

I did TL120 and had to backfill 100, 60, 40, and 20. Also reported by Bemxuu on Discord in game-chat (he has a screenshot).

Yeah I gave up already on getting the rewards. I've signed in multiple ways, multiple times, literally done it every way possible, and all I get is a message on the screen to check my in box in game to get it but all I've got in there is another in game email telling me to sign up to get the rewards (clicked that link too, still nothing). I give up, I have better things to do than play email tag with a broken automated system.

If you are checking with your ANB hero, try switching to a regular hero and checking that in box. That's what I had to do.

And I checked with my regular hero, been busy lately so haven't been around much to participate in events etc. I already have an account on the site, I know to use the link in the game (although I used the in game links and the email link, none of them worked). I am signed up to right email categories. But after a half dozen or so tries it just keeps saying it's sending the reward and check my in game mail, but nothing there.

actually just tried again now, can't even log in now, just gets stuck on "Authenticating" and never actually logs me in. I had to click refresh to get to the actual rewards screen. Then clicking the reward link I yet again get: "Check your email inbox for your link with the reward!" But nothing at all, so can't even get the first reward let alone move on to the second or any of the others.

Was nothing in my spam folder, but I did get another 2 emails telling me to claim my reward. I tried again, this time it showed that the 500 gems was received (well it has a green check mark on it now) and then a countdown timer to the cosmetic points. But logging into the game there's still nothing in my inbox or rewards box. Unless it added the gems directly, haven't been on much so don't remember how many gems I had before. So if it added them directly without me having to claim them then it'd be working now. If I'm still supposed to get an in game email to claim them, well then that's not working.

The Gems come in an in-game message. Make sure you are logged into the website and the game with the same account.

Couple more issues now. 1 I'm supposed to get XP by creating a new event hero. Didn't get it. Still shows as incomplete even though I created a new hero and played a level with it. Now I did create one of a different class if that makes a difference.

Also another bug, when I clicked a locked slot it wouldn't give me the option to unlock it, the "yes" was greyed out. I then clicked no and clicked the slot again and then it gave me the option to click yes.

You created a standard hero. You need to create an event hero by clicking on the event icon, then clicking the orange "create hero" button on the event screen.
