Gone Rogue has had a major update, where we included new features to change up how it's played.
Bounds of Corruption
This new version includes Bounds of Corruption, a set of difficulty modifiers where you can customize in what areas you want to make your run more difficult. Every difficulty setting adds Corruption, and higher Corruption will score higher in the leaderboard, so buckle up and be ready for a tough challenge. Can you beat it on max difficulty?
Favors of the Fallen
This change is also accompanied by Favors of the Fallen, a set of benefits that you can unlock by gathering Echodust while playing Gone Rogue, and using that to purchase Favors. These are meant to make your runs easier and more consistent.
Ability balance changes
In addition to that, we changed a lot of abilities. Most of them were buffed up, except for Death from Above which was too strong and got nerfed a bit. These are all subject to change very soon once we see how well they are doing when combined with the new features.

Death from Above.
- Base damage reduced from 550% to 250% (it is still very strong! Meteor does 200% damage a single time and there is no invulnerability time)
- Base critical chance increased from 2% to 5%, discharge chance per charge increased from 10% to 15%.
- Haste per charge rescaled from 4 +1 per level to 8 +2 per level.
- Base damage reduction increased from 10% to 25%, chance to reduce cooldowns rescaled from 10% +5% per level to 30% +10% per level (note: it has an internal cooldown of 1 second).
- Nature damage rescaled from 10% +5% per 2 levels to 15% +5% per level, move speed rescaled from 5% +5% per 2 levels to 10% +10% per 2 levels.
- Base damage increased from 100% to 150% of burning damage.
- Base chance to proc rescaled from 30% +20% per level to 50% + 15% per level (start higher, reach to 100% at same time)
- Base Power bonus increased from 20% to 30%
- Base damage increased from 800% to 1000%
- Added a slow effect of enemies that goes from 25% at rank 1 to 50% at rank 6
- Base bonus damage increased from 10% to 20%
- Base slow increased from 20% to 25%
- Base Haste and Dodge rating increased from 80 to 120
- Base damage increased from 130% to 150%, range increased from 0.75 to 1
