    I also suspect it might be a visual glitch, just very distracting.

    I noticed this during boss fights with Kara in ANB, when I moved in too close the BH was actually pointing away from the boss. I did not see anything firing in that direction, so I just assumed that it was a visual glitch.

    Is this a new glitch?

    When an enemy is up close, the BH starts shooting in all crazy directions.

    It would seem that an enemy going up close can walk past where projectiles are generated and the toon AI is trying to adjust.
