[PC] Duplicate Keybinds & Unbinding of Keybinds

Random hero or companion abilities get duplicated and it's not always the same. They also become unbound on the occasion when starting the game from steam.

Edit: Not sure what happened to the original images so re-uploading. I do play on multiple devices phone/PC.
