    No kidding
Assassin/Thief or Monk could use them.

I still think more than the summoner the game needs another melee focused class. One with mystical/magical abilities

    paladin, monk, assassin, ninja, thief

You know ninja....it's commonly used as a secondary to monks or thiefs/assassins but if they did it as a main it might work well....
    swords, and sicles

    quick wiki:
Along with common weapons, a large assortment of miscellaneous arms were associated with the ninja. Some examples include poison,[73]makibishi (caltrops),[94] cane swords (shikomizue),[95] land mines,[96]fukiya (blowguns), poisoned darts, acid-spurting tubes, and firearms.[84]The happō, a small eggshell filled with blinding powder (metsubushi), was also used to facilitate escape.

so you give them smoke screen, posion, an acid trap (area DoT would be awesome)
Assassinate (make it work a lot like elbans so it's a line/bleed effect where character moves to the location)

could also give them some of the BH weapons...I dont think the system would really work with a sai in one hand and pistol in other...but if they would that would be awesome....sword and gun....

Yeah, if you can get your hands on decent ones. And there's still no dynamic beyond "you now have a bunch of meat shields and *maybe* a noticeable DPS increase (that will inevitably disappear with progress)." Plus, that's all up to a proc rate (less player control and tactical impact).

Comps that don't suck are already planned. The point is to take the dynamics you're pointing out, move them from the periphery of one Class to the center of a new Class, and then start adding depth to that Class system.

Class overlap is not a bad thing. Personally, I'd love to see between 5 and 8 different Classes in a game like this, even if 1 or 2 of them amounted to re-skins of one another, and *especially* if the devs are planning on really pursuing multiplayer implementation. Final Fantasy Tactics is a handy good example of how adjusting the numerical mechanics between classes can result in a wide variety of classes that overlap enough to ease players from one to the other, but are still unique enough to stay fresh in their own right.
Agree. There is no problem with overlap. In fact I think it is what makes most classes WORK. Oh I like this class but is bit too slow this other class it SAME basically but faster in exchange for less armor...

It's why I am sad there aren't more classes. Since so many abilities exsit already (and many are on ALL classes) feels like you could add 2-3 abilities to each class for more depth. Then mix those up for another 4-5 classes...

I agree....probably will be over looked just for the fact that it is so much like the warrior.
Yet the first time i used the warrior's frenzy i thought of something like a flurry of blows....and smoke screen would work with them.

Weapons would be a whole new chore since it would be hand wraps, and stuff. They wouldnt use most of what is available....

This one will summon allied classes in your account which auto casts their skills and uses the sets equipped to each one with the stats in addition to murloks, skels, and minions.

    hahah....
no. The balanceing update is coming.... SOONTM
But there is always talk of the new class, what class want to see, so this focused on that.
I dont want to REALLY overload the forums with polls, otherwise i would make one for things like "what would increase your enjoyment/desire to play most", "which would bring most value to the game currently", etc
then one to be like the ruling vote: "what should be worked on FIRST"

In addition i see the video section they just added with the reason it was added as a good sign that some things will actually be seen SOON not SOONtm
