Upgrade Elban's Scepter
We know it does the same thing as Necronomicon.
... but in French, the mechanic is worded the same as Mukraiser so that got me thinking.
Why have Elban's when there's Mukraiser? It will never get played which is a shame because skeletons are much cooler.
Maybe the enhancement could be something else, like the quality of the skeletons or an effect that compounds with Necronomicon. Hmm...
