Item comparison

It would be useful if when you select an item in your inventory it showed a comparison to the base items without gems fitted rather than with.

This would give a better idea of what use the item is. You could add a bit to show the gem effect in addition to the base item.

I have found that items that come up red across the board in comparison are actually better once the gem has been removed from the original item.

I would be interested to hear about your view on this.

I agree. Either remove gemSTONES from both items or socket both with same gemSTONE.

Or better yet, implement OP suggestion.
