    Shockwave for Sword and Shield

Shockwave is a great skill. It got two huge boosts. First when it started actually moving mobs. 2nd the great DoT finishing move (8x bleed stack on target per cast).

DW takes great advantage of both of these attributes (especially the 2nd with the DT bleed stack in addition to RS's bleed stack). SW however can't really take advantage of that DoT finishing move quite as much due to lack of bleed from DT. But no true tank SW can go to a battlefield without a mobbing tool like Shockwave (grouping multiple mobs is the key advantage here).

So reviving a dead horse, a Shockwave like skill but for SWs. (or just adjust the shockwave skill to include a shield wielder benefit instead of the DoT finisher, kinda like how DT is currently constructed).

    New Skill: Taunt
Area of Effect: same as Shockwave
    Mobbing ability: same as Shockwave
Damage: 500%, less than the 800% Shockwave damage since damage isn't its main purpose
Target Effects: Enraging targets caught in its area of effect, causing them to focus aggro on player, attacking 30% faster but will not do critical damage (hey you can't be aiming as precisely when mad) and taking 30% more damage for 5 seconds (damage debuff stackable to 3x like immolation. However it is unlikely to see this max stacking as the skill CD prevents multiple casting in short amount of time).

This skill solves some major issues confronting SW, namely the single target damage SW can output is pretty sad, by providing a damage received debuff (like Arc Lighting). This skill combines very well with SW version of DT which is all about damage but no bleed. Without the DoT finisher, SW will not be incentivized to use RS. Instead the long neglected Cleave becomes a good replacement. Cleave's damage debuff on targets will help offset some of that faster mob attack speed from Taunt. Making Frenzy/Cleave the natural combo for SW, setting it apart from DW more and make an underused skill more attractive. Btw definitely remove that MS debuff from Cleave. That is not a benefit, it is a detriment to SW gameplay.
