      He still doesn't talk to you (tapping on him does nothing).

      Instead, a screen could open and he could say something pithy about "no quests at this time"

        The game version in the thread title is 1.3.12... I have 1.3.13. Is that a bug?

          12 was the correct version until yesterday. Closing this thread. Somebody can start one for 13+
