The elite healers in high trials (level 100 and above) heal huge amounts of HP (around 75m HP per heal) and can spam heal so quick that it sometimes become impossible/take too long to kill them and the surrounding elites/mobs. I know there is some damage/mob HP scaling with the trial levels, but is it possible to reduce the scaling of the heal amount/frequency per elite healer? Maybe put a cap on the number of times of heal per mob. That would certainly help.

This has been a thing for a long while now. At high trials, as soon as you see an elite healer end up in your mob, it's an abandon. No way a mage can clear a map with enough time to kill the boss when a healer is in the mix.
Many options have been offered. I think the best one is make it so they cannot self-heal. That way, assuming you can kill the healer quickly, you might still have a chance.
