Put Sell All Below certain Tier buttons on merchants

Similar to the salvage all below certain tear. Sell all below certain tier to save clicking time. Let's attack all unnecessary clicks in the game

While they're at it, let's put a "salvage all below this tier automatically" when crafting or looting.

Would be even better to just remove common items entirely and have 140 gold drop each time a common would've dropped.
They do close to nothing when equipped. Just a waste of inventory space and annoying to always drop/sell/salvage them
