Auto-cast mode for mobile users

One of the main issue for mobile players is the time needed for casting the abilities contrary to PC playes where they can just smash continuously 3 buttons.
What if there was a auto-cast mode possible to enable and disable for each one of the 3 main abilities.
For example one palyer is playing BH and using rapid fire, snipe and smoke screen. This player could just enable auto-cast for rapid fire and snipe and keep manual casting for smoke screen.

(Well, we don't want to limit the amount of the revenue stream heading to Microsoft-ville, do we?!? :-) Your suggestion might preclude increasing sales of Gaming PCs!
