I think it would be great if the set Bonis are more flexible.
for example, don't fix them to the amount of Set items from one set. Fix them to specific set parts. Maybe the first set Boni for glove and shoulders, the secound for chest and head.
So it would bring more possible compinations between the sets.
and if you wear all 6 parts of one set, give an extra vitality Bonus for example.
