Well with alacrity being nerfed and the reduction in cooldown from attacks. I'd like to be the first to suggest a new kind of medal....medal of responsiveness...
Given to...let's say the first 20k ranked players(lol) in ANB.
Medal of responsiveness mechanics: +0.1 sec cooldown reduction/per level...or better suggestions..?
