Attributes page additions

Please add damage types, such as Frost Damage, to the attributes page entitled ‘Your Hero’s Attributes’. If you cannot find the room to add all of them, please consider adding the two with the largest modifiers.

This would be tremendously helpful in the training ground. There are also some abilities/effects that don’t have their damage type listed. I believe shockwave is one.
