i'm a Story Mode Lover
unfortunately for ages i never went to the gauntlet
no wonder i never fully complete the 5 star gems.
would surely go to the Gauntlet to have the 5 star completed (810/825)

TheExorcist in addition to all the story levels you also need to complete 5 runs of Gauntlet and Misty Island under Normal, Heroic and Legendary skill levels to get all the bonus stars.

Gem rewards for every wave might be good, but it must be only once, not everytime you play it. It could be a good motivation to play this boring level

From what I understand, the gauntlet used to give the same amount of xp as a regular level, so people used it to auto-gather xp. This was before there was a thing called trials. Plus you could do all daily quests just by auto-playing the gauntlet for a few minutes. Then they nerfed the xp gain and of course the daily quests have also been revamped.

The Gauntlet needs a lot of work. Perhaps I'll post a video about that later. Your gauntlet score is a 32-bit signed integer. Once you reach a certain wave, your score goes negative. The result is interesting. When you start a new gauntlet instance, you have the option to select a wave from which to begin. Any of the wave start points which were recorded with a negative score will be grayed out.

There has to be a way to get everyone (devs and players, and I guess the taxation overlords in Publishing) what we want without further demeaning the player base.

We scrape, and scrape, and scrape. We grind and grind and grind. Adding a DC for gems, as an added third scrape, isn’t what we all need.

We need overhaul.

A cool new way to get gems would be through the gauntlet, in my opinion has been completely useless.

You could get 10 gems every 10 waves that you complete
