cooldown indicators in immersive mode

Three dots anywhere on the screen (like under the the mini map) could indicate availability of utilities. As it is, it's like a magician that doesn't even know whether his spell is available. Adds nothing to the game to have it gone. You could just add it to the mini map only mode.
