Anew BELT?
I would like to suggest a new belt that can cast skill multiple times that can happen 2 times every 30 seconds.
An example.
You cast Mirror Image, u can get another illusion of you hitting the same target. But with Caster belt.
You can get a chance of casting the same spell that can multiply by 3 meaning u cast 3 more Mirror Image than 1, so theres a total of 4 of you attacking the same target.
Like Talisman of storms theres a 5 seconds time limit where u can get a 3000% critical damage.
so on caster of belt theres 3 seconds to cast as more as u can.
u can cast unlimited skills to cast for a time limit of 3 seconds.
I don't know about balancing so ill just leave it there.
Caster of Belt can be use by all types of classes.
