Currently, the War Supplies Event Offers include multiple living items for sale. Unfortunately, the living items offered are the ones that are mostly useless to anyone that has played for any amount of time. At least the living items offered are not completely obsolete like some other offers made, looking at you Custom Legndary Item boxes that are only level 70.
Well, there is a glaring omission in the living items offered for sale during War Supplies, the Cape of Celerity. The Cape of Celerity is currently only available to Steam users and is a one-time only offer that lasts for only four weeks. Players may not even realize the value of that item in their first four weeks of playing. Why not offer the cape for purchase with real money during War Supplies?
The idea is not something entirely new. All the other items from the Steam Offer can be acquire alternately via real-money purchases or just time. Really not different than with the other living items.
Yeah, the Ironbound Cape can just be left to ancient history as it is not really useful just like the living weapons.
Now, a living item with experience on it would be great.
