Provide "sell" button when viewing an item

Often times I open up an item to view its stats, but I see no way to immediately sell it from that view stats dialog? It would be nice to immediately sell the item when viewing it... instead of having to go back and sell from the bag of all items.

Funny (and real) story about the sell button in item tooltips: We did have it early in development.

You know what happened? People would look at the tooltip, then press Sell with the intention to close the tooltip.

We'll look at this again and see if we can bring the button back without people selling stuff by mistake. We now have Buyback anyway.
